His Excellency Rt Rev Dr Joseph Kariyil, on 17-11-2009 requested the National Commission for the Minority Educational Institutions, to issue the Minority status certificate to the schools of the Diocese. The National Commission for the Minority Educational Institutions after the verification of the documents presented by the Bishop, issued Minority status certificate to the schools of the Diocese vide Order F No.1378 to 1406 of 2009 & 69,99,102,103 of 2010/44732, dated 3-8-2010.
