His Excellency Rt Rev Dr Joseph Kariyil, Bishop of Cochin constituted Board of Education:
- To give expert advice to the educational ministry in the Diocese at school level.
- To give advice to the General Manager when he convenes the meeting with the proposed agenda.
- To prepare policies regarding admission of students in the Higher Secondary schools; to prepare and present the list of admissions, appointments and promotions for the approval of the Bishop.
- To help the General Manager to assure transparency and justice in the decisions of the Corporate Educational Agency of the Diocese of Cochin.
